If you think it would be helpful, please include screenshots of your screen:

PC: take a screenshot by clicking Shift-Print Screen, then Ctrl-V in the email message.

Mac: take a screenshot by clicking Shift-Command-3. The image is placed on your desktop and you can attach it to the email message.

You'll get an automatic reply with a link to a Tech Issue form. If your problem is technical, you should fill out the form; if it's about something not related to your particular system, like hours entry or a project site, you can skip the form.

Then our tech support team will assist you as soon as possible!
